Hi, I'm Nick Ballenger. I'm a private soccer trainer & personal development mentor in Salem.

I'm a forward at Willamette University. I have been playing soccer for twelve years now and have gone from a recreational league, to a competitive club, the Portland Timbers Academy, Oregon State University, and now Willamette University. I played center back for eight years, right back for two, and winger/forward for another two, making me well versed in many positions. I'm here to help your child improve his/her technical ability, ball control, speed of play, and footwork. I have just over a year of experience holding private soccer lessons, so I feel confident I can quickly identify the areas where my client needs improvement and tailor my lessons to that desired area.
My Services.
One on one.
I feel as though one-on-one training sessions are the most beneficial for the kids I train as they get a much more focused opportunity to grow their knowledge and skillset around the game of soccer. I will tailor my drills and training sessions to my client's particular position and age group in order to find the most success.

Classes
Classes will have between two and six kids. My clients will get a lot of the same information as they would get in a one-on-one session, but they will be required to learn as much from the other kids as they do from me. Group classes are good, however, because they allow for the kids to bring their friends and make a community out of their training while nurturing their love for the game.
